First, I cut the squash into two pieces and removed the seeds from the center. Then I rubbed the inside with olive oil and put in fresh rosemary. I baked it in a 375 oven for 35 minutes.
Once I took it out of the oven, I used a fork to easily remove the inside. There are a million wonderful and creative ways you can serve this squash. Use your imagination, and have fun with it!
